I like bikes. I started riding regularly when I was still in high school. I got my first road bike - a Rossin, about two weeks
after I started college. I got my first mountain bike, a cycle pro ram, later that year. I'm a steel frame bigot. My current
mountain bike is a Bontrager (Yes, he was originally a bike welder). It's a great bike. Takes a beating and rides clean. My
bike is black. Sadly, Bontrager was snatched up by Trek and is now relegated to being Trek's "premier part maker". I guess it
is sort of like Coda is to Cannondale. Most of the parts on my bike are original. I was able to snatch up some Bontrager clipless pedals before he stopped making them. I recently added a new Bontrager race saddle.
