what's this all about?
dotpipe is a place to explore the journey, successes, and failures of some tools
why dotpipe?
we think that .NET is nothing more than new wrappers around 80's versions of RPC, so why not give props to tools that have grown up on UNIX. haven't some of the best tools been written with nothing more than the '|' and a few scripts? could all the hoopla about web services be encapsulated in a few simple tools? we intend to find out.
